This M‑shape industrial heating element is a heavy‑duty tubular heater specially designed for high‑temperature air heating. Made of premium high‑temperature stainless‑steel tube, it can work steadily under long‑time high‑temperature conditions. Multi‑bend M‑shaped structure expands heating area. Threaded terminal fittings enable simple installation. Voltage, wattage, tube length and bending dimension can be fully customized for industrial oven, dryer and other air‑heating equipment.

Form: Shape structure: Integral seamless multi-stack U-bend forming, split into short double U single-layer style and long multi-layer multi-bend high-power style, no welding seams on heating sections. Terminal structure: Dual independent threaded terminals with high-temperature ceramic insulation sleeves and silicone sealing gaskets, standard screw connector for quick wiring. Tube layout: Parallel stacked bent tubes to expand heating area, uniform heat radiation inside ovens.	Certification: CE, ISO9001, RoHS, CB, CCC
Shape: Main heating part: Continuous seamless bending into multiple stacked U loops, including single-layer double U small shape and multi-row long U-bend large shape. Terminal section: Two straight tube segments extend outwards separately, fitted with threaded mounting heads for installation. Package delivery

Each M‑shape heating element is wrapped with bubble film for anti‑collision protection, then packed into an individual carton box. Multiple boxes are loaded into one export outer carton for bulk shipment. Sea freight and air freight are both acceptable.
