Product Description

This U‑shape heating element with lead wires is a dry‑burn tubular heater designed for air heating. Made of high‑temperature resistant stainless‑steel tube, it performs well under long‑time high‑temperature working conditions. U‑shaped bending provides sufficient heating area. Flexible high‑temperature lead wires make wiring installation convenient. Voltage, wattage, tube length, bending size and lead‑wire length are fully customizable for ovens, dryers and other hot‑air heating machines.

Material: Outer sheath: SUS304 stainless steel, anti-rust, corrosion & high temperature resistant Heating core: Nickel-chromium Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, stable heat output Insulation filler: Electrical grade high-purity magnesium oxide (MGO), great thermal conductivity and insulation Lead wire: High temperature silicone insulated wire, durable for internal wiring	Transport Package: Standard export carton with foam protection inside, each heater wrapped by plastic bag separately.
